INSPIRED SOUL WELLNESS

ABOUT
Hi, I'm Ashley.
I might look tough on the outside, but I'm a very sensitive soul deep down. I struggled with confidence and body image issues most of my life and have always had deep compassion for those who struggle feeling comfortable in their skin. Naturally, I gravitated to a career path that enabled me to connect with people and to help them improve their self-confidence and health.
I graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelors in Exercise Science. My career started in corporate fitness, then expanded to one-on-one personal training, group training, and group exercise.
Eventually, I took the leap and started my own business- Inspired Training. I conducted private personal training and small group fitness classes and continued to do contract work instructing and teaching on site for various companies and organizations, including the Knight Cancer Institute at OHSU.
I became pregnant with my first daughter in 2016 and started to experience hormonal issues a couple of years later. After disappointing meetings with conventional doctors, I discovered naturopathic medicine-- it completely changed my life.
I became so inspired by naturopathy and a holistic lifestyle that I obtained an Integrative Health Practitioner certification. Next, I transformed my business from Inspired Training to Inspired Soul Wellness--encompassing all elements of health from the inside out.
In 2023 shortly after my 40th birthday, I became pregnant with my second daughter--BIG SURPRISE! Having experienced pregnancy and post-partum in both my 30s and40s, I've gained valuable insights into how our bodies operate at different life stages. My knowledge of holistic health has not only supported my own journey but has empowered me to assist other women, pre and postnatal, in achieving balance and well-being, no matter their age.
Aside from business, I am a wife and busy mom of two girls- Avery and Cameryn. Fitness is part of my job, but it's also a hobby of mine. I love spending time in nature, paddle boarding, hiking, art, music, podcasting, and spending time with family and friends.
